Job Description

Vision Technologies is looking for an experienced and dependable Foreman to join our team. This is a full time opportunity, based out of our corporate headquarters in Glen Burnie, MD. The Foreman will be responsible for managing network infrastructure installation projects. They will implement projects for the installation of horizontal cabling, riser cabling, inside and outside cabling, fiber-optics to the workstation or backbone, and network electronics. They will assume total project ownership from receipt of complete engineering work package to delivery of project completion and final documentation. They must possess the ability to deliver small, medium, and larger projects at or below specified budgets.


Job Requirements

  • Ability to run multiple projects concurrently
  • Effectively utilize and project manpower
  • Knowledge of budgets and ability to deliver project within budget constraints
  • Procure change orders
  • Expert in use of all test equipment and troubleshooting of infrastructure
  • Knowledge of TIA/EIA codes and standards
  • Maintain inventory of vans and other company assets/tools
  • Certifications are a plus, specifically BICSI and TPMA
